Processing Time for Shipments
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During high volume periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order on the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged, or if you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us immediately at sales@vitalizedx.ch. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly, which may include issuing a refund or sending a replacement.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@vitalizedx.ch with your order number and details of the item you would like to return.
